In that season, Nicole came face to face with the reality that life can change in an instant—and that clarity, protection, and planning are gifts every family deserves.
While searching for ways to protect her own family, she discovered the world of special needs planning. Despite nearly two decades of experience in the special education community, she had never been told how essential these documents could be—not just for families with special needs, but for every family. That’s what inspired her to become an Arizona legal document preparer.

Fun Facts About Me
I was born and raised in Long Beach, CA. I moved to Arizona in summer of 2003 to attend Grand Canyon University, where I competed on the women's softball team - four years behind the plate.
My husband and I have two daughters, 4 service dogs, and 20 chickens on our little suburban "farm" in Mesa, AZ.
I just celebrated my 40th birthday (September 1, 2025). This is going to be the best decade yet.
Because I bring a rare mix of heart and hustle, collaborating with me means you’ll get someone who cares deeply about people, details, and the bigger picture. I’m equal parts strategic and compassionate—I’ll keep things organized and professional, but I’ll also bring humor, warmth, and a genuine desire to see you succeed while giving you peace of mind through legacy preservation and protection.
